The property is in a good location.
The fencing was secure for our dog.
The house is extremely hot - unless you want to live with the air conditioner on.
No comfort outside - there isn’t any table and chairs out the front to sit in the shade.
The backyard is very hot due to most of the yard being concreted. There isn’t any gardens or trees on the place.
The outdoor area out the back is not comfortable due to the direct sun.

The house was huge & was amazing that you can have your dogs stay with you.
You have to take your own linen. You have to take enough stuff & then linen on top of it makes it hard.

Easy access and plenty of room to move for persons with mobility aids, great parking and overall quiet and friendly neighbourhood except for one night when neighbours had a garden get-together.
Pets being allowed is great 👍 (not that we brought any, but the fact that one could)
Linen not supplied - overall not a problem however my fresh linen needed protecting from the awful mattress protector which was quite frankly filthy.
There was no cloth to wipe surfaces either.
The mattresses were also extremely hot. Not optimal considering the average temperatures at the sunshine coast.
There were no coat hangers and the wardrobes are not very clean.
I feel it is too expensive for what is offered.
