The Space:
Nestled on a tranquil, tree-lined street, 'Cooinda' is the perfect setting for a relaxed coastal escape. Inside, the bright and airy main living area invites conversation and connection, while a separate media room, with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, offers a cosy space for movie nights or quiet downtime. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted air conditioning upstairs and split-system units downstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in effortless, featuring a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with essentials like tea, coffee, and basic condiments. Gather around the eight-seater dining table indoors or enjoy a meal outside on the spacious back verandah, covered for year-round entertaining. Step beyond to the verandah, where a saltwater pool is framed by lush greenery and a built-in alcove lounge — a private, sun-drenched oasis perfect for lazy afternoons or a cooling dip. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxing evening.

Absolutely stunning and amazingly quiet for a house so close to the local beach and eateries. Beds were very comfortable and the borrowed landscape from the nearby park meant waking up each morning feeling like we were in the tree tops. We enjoyed great coffee and meals within a 5 min walk, but also found everything we needed in the fabulous kitchen to cook and serve a big lunch for our group. This place is a winner!
