While we provide free parking spots, you don't need a car for this location. Many things are within walking distance as we are located near some of Nashville's most desirable, rapidly growing areas - Belmont / Hillsboro Village / 12 South. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our home is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville's most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

House was clean and beautiful. My family really enjoyed it. Proximity to Hillsboro Village and Dragon Park was great. We had a leak one night and a loud party going on next door the following night, which made it hard to get some rest, but the property manager was responsive and did the best they could to fix those problems quickly. I was impressed at how responsive they were to reply to messages in the middle of the night when those things happened. The host called me directly to address the issues and make it right. Because of that, I’d call it just some bad luck and be glad to stay there again.

The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. It had a central location that was closed to everything. It seemed like anywhere we wanted to go was 15 minutes in One Direction or the other. The house was very comfortable and it had all the amenities of home
