This spacious property features four bedrooms with fourteen individual beds, making it perfect for large groups or families. Nestled in the vibrant Gulch neighborhood, you are just a few minutes away from the heart of Broadway and centrally located to explore all that Nashville has to offer.
The property boasts an inviting atmosphere and modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy the stunning views from the rooftop deck, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. With its prime location, you can easily access local attractions, dining, and nightlife.

Property was great for a large group. Rooftop seating was wonderful. To improve - couches in living room is terrible. If we spent more time there I would have been annoyed.

I was very disappointed in no urgency in the response of messages from the host. Cleanliness of the place was superficial. there was dust on the furniture and a couple of the blankets that we used were dusty. The floors didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned very well in the bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom with a separate toilet room had a light that flickered off and on.. we wanted to use fans, but all three of the fans we found were broken, none of them worked.There were feathers coming out of the pillows on the couches. And I will have to say those couches were very uncomfortable and hard for people to sit on with no support.The kitchen was very nice, but when we ran water, the first time there was a terrible smell coming out of the garbage disposal. It even sounded like there may have been something stuck in the garbage disposal.We did enjoy the rooftop- comfortable and beautiful view.
