It’s all about the heated pool! Not a big shallow end which was great for us since it was 3 adults. Great location. Close to Anna Maria island and the beach. There were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Extremely clean and included everything you would need to cook and keep the house neat. We used the outdoor grill as well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. Pet friendly was a must since we did travel with a dog. We called it ‘the Golden Girls house.’ Decor was right out of the 70s. Tricky accessibility in the bathrooms since the showers required stepping over a lip and stepping down about a foot. Would have been nice to have a couple of lounge chairs on the pool deck to get a tan on your back. Hosts were available and communicative. This was our first experience with Vrbo. I would do it again. We had a great time! Thanks Chrissy and John!

The host was responsive and friendly. The house needs some investment to make upgrades so it is at a Premium level. Kitchen appliances are outdated with no ice maker, no TVs, closets or chests in any but the Master Bedroom. The very deep “showers” are dangerous. Large home with plenty of room but seating for at least 8 is needed in the living room. The sliding glass doors to the pool/lanai need to be fixed to give open access. This can be a beautiful home in a great neighborhood that we would use again if these issues are addressed!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a nice, calm neighborhood, minutes from the water. We enjoyed the heated pool in the late and cool evenings. The property has character. It is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms can be a challenge for big-bodied personalities. The beds can creek if you are a twist-and-turner like me.
