If you are wanting low key this quiet neighborhood with low traffic is the place to enjoy this beautiful updated home. Features 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. With 2 bathrooms offering a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind. An additional office space with a comfy sofa bed provides extra flexibility.
Home is close to all needed amenities within 2 miles. Gas, groceries, restaurants, liquor stores etc... Our welcoming property is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

The guest bedroom with the queen bed also has plenty of storage for all your cloths that you bring. Guest bathroom is right across the hall and has plenty of room and lighting to get ready for your day or night.
They beautiful sitting room has a double pull out couch for more sleeping room. This beautiful room also has a TV and dog kennels built into shelf for your babies to have their own space. This room is located away from main living room for extra personal space.
Another beautiful area is the large dining room that is able to allow 6 guest to enjoy their favorite meal together inside or you can also enjoy a meal in the lanai with its covered table if needing a break away from the sun. You can grill your meal in comfort.
There also is a beautiful coffee bar set up with coffee, tea and refreshing drink packages to quinch your thirst as you take a walk or a bike ride around this peaceful neighborhood. 2 adult bikes or available for your use.
The laundry is located in the garage with supplies to start you off. There is a cabinet with extra supplies for your entertainment. Also available is beach supplies with a cart, chairs and a cooler to make your trip to the beach easier.

We had an amazing stay at Tina’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had absolutely everything we could have needed—and so much more. Tina truly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable.The pool and hot tub were fantastic and quickly became our favorite place to relax. The backyard was incredible, with plenty of comfortable seating that made it perfect for enjoying time together outdoors.The home itself was beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. You can tell Tina takes great pride in her property, and her attention to detail really made us feel at home.She was an outstanding host, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely love to return!Plus another bonus the house was only a 13 minute drive to the ocean. Neighborhood was nice and quiet we definitely enjoyed our week here!!

This home exceeded our expectations. The host did not forget about anything when it came to being prepared. Having everything for the beach already on hand when flying in was especially helpful. We will be staying at this property on next trip back.

5 STARS !!!!This home in Bradenton is phenomenal! The home is extremely clean and well maintained, fully furnished, and many extra ammenities! You can tell how much the owners love it because of how beautiful the decor and furniture fits the coastal beach theme! A fully equipped kitchen and dining areas fit a family or couples needs for entertaining and meals. The pool and hot tub is really a great way to end a day of sight-seeing! If you have any questions or concerns, Tina M., the host manager returns messages instantly! A couple of must-sees: Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island is a short drive and a great beach experience on the Gulf side. Get an excellent meal, some drinks, and stay for the sunset at The Beach House Waterfront restaurant! We've already discussed the possibility of another stay down the road when we return to Florida!

This property was, by far, the best equipped and best serviced of any we have stayed at over the past 6 years.The home was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed for a month, including good quality beach chairs, a beach wagon, MANY beach towels, etc. not to mention the appliances, a Marguerita maker, air fryer, etc etc….The lanai was super and we loved being able to control the hot tub. The pool was kept very warm.The home was spotless and the linens were very high quality.We are hoping to o back. Highly recommend!
