About this house rental
Relax at Salty Sandpiper Condo. This 2bed/2bath condo has everything you are looking for. Pool, tennis/pickle ball court & a short walk to the beach. Updated kitchen opens to the dining room & living room. Extra bar seating off the kitchen & a full bathroom. Out the sliding door to the covered patio w/storage closet that looks out onto the community pool. Up the stairs to the 2 bedrooms w/ full bathroom & washer/dryer. Off the master is a covered deck. Close to restaurants, markets & shops.
The space:
This beachy 2bed/2bath condo is fully furnished and walking distance to the beach. As you walk in the condo the bright and open floor plan welcomes you into the condo.
Guest access:
-One assigned parking spot in front of unit and visitor parking.
-7-10 minute walk to the public beach access.
-Walking distance to Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Thomas Donuts, Carousel Market and more.
+/-6 minute drive to Publix
+/-6 minute drive to Shops and Restaurants of Pier Park, Target & Walmart.
☆THE LOCATION:
-We are a 7-10 minute walk to the most beautiful beaches!!
-Walking distance to Mike's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Thomas Donuts &Carousel Market.
-Pier park is a short drive +/- 6 mins.
☆NO PETS:
We do not allow animals of any kind. Please respect this rule. If not there will be a $300 added fee.
☆NO SMOKING and VAPING:
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside condo. Renter will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.
☆THE DRIVE:
The closet airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. ECP Airport Code. +/- 22 minute drive away from Salty Sandpiper.

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The code is changed after every guest.
☆ PARKING:
Each unit has ONE parking space and visitor parking is 'first come first served'. Guest parking in other owner spaces are subject to tow.

-High speed wifi internet
☆TV
-You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the living room Smart TV.
☆OUTDOOR SPACE:
Main floor has a covered patio that walks out to the community pool and off the master bedroom is a balcony.
☆POOL
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. Pool hours are 8am - UNTIL SUNSET. Beachwalk is NOT permitted for night swimming. If there is thunder or lightning please exit pool for safety.
☆FIRES or GRILLING
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. No BBQ or grilling allowed.

We were in PCB for a dance competition. The condo was about a 15 minute drive to event center. The area felt very safe. That was important to me because I was traveling with my teenage daughter and my elderly mother. We enjoyed the condo and the beach!

The condo was exactly as listed. Host was super helpful and responsive to questions prior to booking. The condo has everything you need for the beach which was nice. The walk to the beach was easy and safe. It was plenty of space to vacation with teenagers. The complex was quite and the pool being just out the back patio was a huge plus. We will definitely book this condo again!
