Homeowners Association (HOA) Compliance: Should the renter/tenant violate any rules or regulations set forth by the Homeowners Association (HOA) governing the property, and if fines are imposed on the owner as a result, the renter/tenant agrees to promptly reimburse the property owner for such fines.

Cancellation Policy:
A $50 cancellation fee applies.
100% refund if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Housekeeping Provisions:
Housekeeping will provide initial amenities such as trash can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
Guests are responsible for replenishing these supplies once they have been used.

We have stayed at Celadon many times over the years in various units, with varying levels of satisfaction. This unit was very clean and the beach-themed decor was very welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we might need on the nights we stayed in. The owner was quick to answer my many questions prior to arrival. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a PCB getaway.
And, the view from unit 2106 is amazing.

This property was perfect for our stay, the decorations were super cute and fitting for a beach condo, smelled amazing and really clean! The balcony and view was perfect for my morning coffee. The response time was fast and accurate with the host! Rate 10 stars and will use the property again.

While we have enjoyed the gulf before, this was our first stay in Panama City. The condo is on the 21st floor, but the elevators are quick and the view is expansive. We were able to watch many fish (we brought our binoculars and encourage anyone else to do the same), some stingrays and even a shark. The condo was clean, which is the most important criteria for me, and well equipped to suit our needs. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful as one of our adult sons was able to join us for this trip. Our host, Greg Greeson, kept us abreast of all we needed to know for our stay and was quick to communicate answers to any questions we had. If ever anyone is interested in Panama City beach, I recommend this condo and host/owner.
