Celadon Beach Unit 2009 is located on the 20th floor with beautiful beach views from the Master Bedroom, living room, and wrap around balcony. Tile in main areas with new laminate flooring in all bedrooms, updated furniture with 4 new smart flat screen TVs with WIFI throughout. New King mattresses all 3 bedrooms and washer & dryer (new 2024) in separate laundry room and bathrooms connected to all bedrooms, New sleeper sofa/loveseat (May 2025) is intended for children and teens. Enjoy the 2 pools, one indoor/outdoor and other beachfront, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, fitness room, covered picnic area with grill and beachside outdoor picnic area. Covered parking with walkover on 2nd floor.
* Beach Chair Service! You get two beach chairs and one umbrella everyday *March-October
* A Parking pass must be purchased after booking from Celadon HOA. Passes are $45 per car ~

This place is AMAZING! The view, the ammenities, the area all wonderful. The condo was perfect and beautiful! The communication with our host was great and very much appreciated.
