Sleeps 6/8 - Lovely first floor apartment in the centre of St Andrews with a private parking space. Kennedy Gardens offers an ideal base from which to explore St Andrews and beyond. Whether a group of golfers looking to play the great courses or a family coming to enjoy a holiday this apartment is ideal. A fabulous living room, fully equipped kitchen/diner, two large double/twin bedrooms, a double box bedroom and a pull-down double bed in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 or 6, each in their own bed. You can walk to the first tee of the Old Course in under 10 minutes and the centre of the town is a 5 minute walk away. All in all it would be hard to beat Kennedy Gardens and you really need to come and try it for yourself.

Perfect stay to visit my kids attending St Andrews. Host gave clear instructions to find and enter and was easy to communicate with. Place is homey, quiet but very convenient to the town and everything. Just a perfect stay in every way!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it’s fabulous. It’s clean, spacious and in an excellent location. The kitchen is well equipped. I couldn’t recommend it enough!
