About this house rental
One of Folly's Best! This 5-bedroom 4 bath home is perfect for large families or groups looking for open space, comfort, and maximum options for activity. Both the front and back of the home boast expansive decks (one enclosed and one open) so you have plenty of room to lounge the days away, and a new in-ground swimming pool. One short block from the ocean and 5 blocks down the road to all of the food and shopping Folly has to offer. The spacious layout leads from the updated kitchen into the airy living room and upstairs to the entertainment loft area. The loft is appointed with a card table for game night enjoyment. Accommodations comfortably sleep up to 12 people and the bed types are as follows: 2 Kings, 5 Queens, 3 Twins, and a sofa bed. The Jolly Folly allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. The hot tub is heated on an automatic schedule between 4pm to 10pm. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This house was so charming! Great open layout, very clean, and fun eclectic vibe. Had plenty of room for our family and a wonderful pool/hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this place and hopefully we will be back!

The property worked perfect for our family! It was in a great location close to the beach and in walking distance to shops/restaurants. It was so nice to have beach toys, pool floaties, and games to play at the property so we didn't have to purchase all of these.
