Please contact us about issues as they arise so that we can work with you to resolve them in a timely manner. We cannot fix things that we do not know about and we will not grant refunds for issues that are not brought to our attention during your stay.
All of our properties are strictly no smoking inside and out, including patios, porches, courtyards, and garages. This applies to vaping, cigarettes, and any other smokable product. Please leave the property if you need to smoke.
The city of Savannah takes the enforcement of the city noise ordinance very seriously. The city ordinance states that sound levels are not to be above 60 decibels between 7am and 7pm and are not to exceed 50 decibels between 7pm and 7am. This is a conversational volume. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.
Courtyards and other outdoor areas should be vacated by 10pm Friday and Saturday nights and by 9pm Sunday through Thursday nights out of courtesy to neighbors and other guests.
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds unless written permission has been granted in advance.
Please do not prop open any building front doors or staircase or courtyard gates and leave garage doors closed when you are not actively entering or exiting.
Please remove shoes in the house to help protect the floors and keep them clean.

We had such a great time! The property was just as wonderful as the location. It was so nice being close to restaurants, bars, and parks, in addition to being a great spot overall. The property had everything we needed to feel right at home, and the management was kind and responsive, which made the experience even better. Such a lovely stay; we hope to return soon!

This cute place was a perfect location to enjoy the history, cuisine, and beverages. Owner was very attentive and would reply within minutes.

nice place to stay just be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and only accessible using a spiral staircase. Location is great for getting out and walking.For some reason i had trouble logging into the sites they sent. The office did a great job helping to get the information to me via text messages.
