Built in 1853, this beautiful 2 story brick home accommodates up to 4 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate dressing room, a lovely living room and adjoining dining room. Through the kitchen with it's original exposed brick wall you'll find the private courtyard and seating.
Tattnall House is located in one of the most beautiful sections of downtown near the famously appointed "America's Most Beautiful Street" Jones Street.
You are within walking distance to many of the famous attractions including: Forsyth Park, The Jepson Center for the Arts, shopping, historic tours and many restaurants including Mrs. Wilkes and The Crystal Beer Parlor.
NOTES:
Maximum occupancy is 4 people including infants/children, at ALL times.
No pets.
No smoking.
Minimum age of person reserving must be at least 25 years old, no exceptions.
NO PARTIES! NO Bachelorette/bachelor groups!!
The exterior of the property is monitored by exterior security cameras. There are, of course NO cameras inside.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tattnall House! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, very charming and cozy. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere and parking was very easy. I would recommend this place for sure!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property!!! Every detail is covered beautifully. Steps away from the “most beautiful street “ in Savannah ! We enjoyed the private outdoor patio …. Vintage pieces that matches the historic home! 10 out of 10

Location was perfect. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Was within walking distance of many places. The sitting area to watch tv in the evening is not as comfortable as I would prefer but understand that the decor of the home kind of makes it that way. Overall our stay was perfect! Would stay here again and would recommend.

Quaint historical home with the two bedrooms and only bathroom located upstairs. Garden was unavailable. Overall a very charming historical home centrally located.
