Hello, I'm Efisio, also known as Efisione Quartu, and together with my wife Maria, we are excited to welcome you to our beautiful villa, designed to offer you the perfect vacation experience in Sardinia.
Perfect Location & Total Comfort: Our villa is in a prime location that allows you to easily reach the most beautiful and captivating beaches of the southern Sardinian coast within minutes. Every day you can explore a different beach, and with real-time information sent directly to your phone via Google Maps, you’ll never miss a hidden paradise!
Relaxation, Space, and Comfort: The villa entrance features a spacious private parking area and a tree-lined avenue leading to a peaceful garden, perfect for relaxing in the shade. The patio is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, ideal for enjoying the cool summer evenings.
Inside, you'll find a bright living room tastefully decorated, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the rooms feature double beds, ceiling fans, and air conditioning, while the third room has two single beds and air conditioning. The villa also offers two modern bathrooms for your utmost convenience.
Outdoor Dining & Fun: The terrace is the heart of the villa, featuring a brick barbecue and a large table for 6-7 people, perfect for outdoor dining. Enjoy the cool night air while dining under the stars.
Space for the Whole Family: The villa is also ideal for families with children. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, a crib, and a changing table. In the courtyard, you’ll find sun loungers with cushions and a fantastic outdoor shower with hot water. Additionally, a short walk will take you to Parodi Park, equipped with playgrounds for the kids to enjoy.
Beaches, Relaxation, and Activities: The nearest white sandy beach is just 650 meters away, easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. In addition to its proximity to the sea, the area offers a wide range of activities, including boat excursions, windsurfing, canoeing, horseback riding, and much more.
All-Inclusive for a Worry-Free Vacation: The prices include all utilities (water, electricity, gas, final cleaning) as well as bed and bath linens. Additionally, for stays of two weeks or more, discounted rates are available.

We had a great 2 weeks in this causy house with nice garden. The house everything you need and the owners are super friendly and helpful. The house is very child friendly, like a safety stairgate of the roof terrace and a vey nice child's bedroom. Very near the house 200 m you will find a good supermarket and very big well maintained playground. We have eaten the best Pizza at Clipper you will find 400 meters from the house.
