The property was very nice, consistent with the description. Communication was great! The upstairs was hot, and we used the fans to help cool it down, but A/C would be nice (we know that is not common). Overall a great stay!!

It was just what we were looking for. A calm, relaxing area. Places to walk and run for exercise and a great view from the lanai.

We have been to the island five times, and this was our second time in Princeville.
The first thing I said as we walked in the door and down the steps was, "Oh, my...can you believe that?" The view from the balcony is the best I've ever seen, marked by the mountains on the left and ocean for as far as you can see. As they say, you can't move the property.
But the home itself was remarkable as well. We had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to sundries to all the beach equipment we needed, including snorkeling gear. All the kitchen equipment is in great shape, unlike what you sometimes find in vacation rentals. Very tastefully decorated.
The location is perfect. The market is just a short drive away and you can walk down to the beach (it's about a 15 minute walk).
I highly recommend this property and I hope to be back next year!
