About this house rental
Our cozy and modernly furnished vacation home is located in the middle of a well-maintained residential neighborhood in the heart of Haffkrug. After a 5- to 10-minute walk (about 500 meters) through Haffwiesenpark—which features various playground equipment—you’ll reach the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.
The house, which is approximately 125 square meters in size, was renovated in early 2021 and refurnished in a beach house style.
On the first floor, a hallway with a coat closet and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower leads to the living room, which includes a sofa, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, a radio, Wi-Fi, and a dining area for six people. The open kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped with all modern conveniences: dishwasher, oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Freezer space is available in the basement, along with a washer and dryer.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a single bed (0.90 x 2.00), a crib, a changing table, a wardrobe, and a 45-inch flat-screen TV. A children’s room with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and the newly renovated bathroom with a shower and bathtub are also located on this floor.
In the converted attic, there is another large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a single bed (0.80 x 2.00).
All staircases are equipped with safety gates.
There is a cozy terrace both in front of the house and in the enclosed garden. An electric awning provides pleasant shade on the garden terrace. Here you also have the option of using the Weber electric grill.
The apartment includes a carport with a storage room.
High chairs and handcarts can be provided depending on availability.
