clean, good space for family. Nice location. Friendly host.

It was cold, I turned the heat on But the radiators didn’t get warm, it was starting to warm a little bit In the middle of the night and the next Morning But I was actually freezing. There were no tablecloths and only one kitchentowel.

We had a fantastic time at Ferienwohnung am Meer and would gladly return anytime.

Very nice and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood street. Lots of space, fenced-in yard is great for kids. Peter, the host, is super friendly and great to work with.

WiFi was slow and had very limited range. The kitchen didn't have enough glasses, cups, plates for all of us, but we made it work.

Schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, z.B. die Küche! Tolle Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter hatte noch prima Tipps für Ausflüge.

Leider lief das WLAN nicht konstant.

Für ein paar Tage reicht es aus. Mit 4 Erwachsenen wird es sicherlich etwas eng.

Sehr saubere, aber etwas spartanische Unterkunft.

Die Couch müsste mal erneuert werden, sehr durch gesessen.

Klein, fein, Peter und Hühner :D

Familiäre Gesamtatmosphäre in super Lage zum (Hunde)Strand. Sauber, freundlich, gerne wieder

Meckern kann man immer. Ist hier aber auf hohen Niveau: ein paar Möbel (Tisch+Schrank) sind etwas älter und im Außenbereich wäre eine Überdachung schön. Diese ist aber sogar geplant.

Für Familien ist es top und zu empfehlen

Der Peter (Hausherr) ist freundlich,hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Das ebenerdige Trampolin und die freilaufenden Hühner waren das Highlight der Kids. Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer beide mit Dusche und WC (innenliegend). Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle, sowie Kühl/Gefrierkombi bestens ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet und in dem einen Zimmer ist ein Bettmetallgestell. Was super für Menschen über 100Kg ist. Die Lage ist auch toll. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, zu Fuß alles (Strand, Aldi etc.) erreichbar. Nur vom Strand zurück geht es Berg auf.

Wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten... Ab 100Kg ist das Sofa am Ende, manchmal braucht das Wasser eine Zeitlang bis es warm wird, etwas wenig Wasser Druck in der Küche, Duschhalterung locker, Schraube guckt im Küchenschrank raus. Beim Reinigen auch mal ins Oberlicht gucken (Spinngewebe) Der Wohnbereich ist leider durch die Nachbarn sehr einsehbar.

Kuschelige Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Vermieter war hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Eine kleine saubere kuschelige Wohnung, wir würden wieder buchen.

Die Terrasse und die Möbel dürfen gepflegter sein und ein wenig Sichtschutz zum Nachbar wäre schön

Ein spitzen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!!

Eine niedliche kleine Ferienwohnung in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist optimal. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Hühner im Garten waren echt ein Highlight :-D wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wer für ein paar Tage nach Scharbeutz reisen möchte auch mit Kindern, findet dort eigentlich alles

Ausblick war leider nur ein Innenhof da die Wohnung im Souterrain lag. War aber sehr grosszügig geschnitten, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht . Sogar eine Spülmaschine. Um in den Ort zu kommen braucht man allerdings ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. War aber ok. Der Strand liegt auch günstig zur Wohnung. Allerdings mit Problemen zu Fuß sollte man weiter runter Richtung Strand eine Wohnung nehmen.
