Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room. Totally enjoyed our first time in NO and would definitely stay here again. Also take the Ragin Cajun swamp tour great trip. Thanks Paul and Morgan.

I had a great experience with this rental. It is exactly as described. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was super easy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Plenty of street parking. I was able to park right in front of the house. I door-dashed from Rouses easily and was able to relax comfortably after a long day roaming the French Quarter. Very nice sized bathroom and great shower. The bed was comfortable too. I would definitely book again!!

The corttage was very clean and all appliances/systems worked well. They have made very good use of a small space. I would say that this property is the size of a jr hotel suite. It is in a great location (Uptown) adjacent to restaurants/bars and the grocery store is literally around the corner. The hosts were proactively communicative and ensured we had everything we need. If you want a cozy, clean accomodation this will suit you. We had no problem with on street parking. Don't miss the cocktail bar Cure when you are there. Great food as well.
