About this house rental
Perfect for any New Orleans event like Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras or just a weekend in NOLA. Centrally located and a quick cab or uber to French Quarter, Uptown, and Universities. The listing is the upstairs of a two-floor duplex. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sunroom, a dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room and a large backyard. The place has a tv with netflix and amazon prime. There is wireless internet. There is central air and heating, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is primarily young professionals and is not a party area. It is very close to Freret Street, which is filled with some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. The place would comfortably accommodate two couples or a family.

It was perfect! The location was easy for us to travel back and forth from Tulane University. It’s a quiet neighborhood and Chandler was very friendly and helpful! We definitely will rebook when we come back.

I'll never stay in a hotel in NOLA ever again. Chandler is so great to work with and accommodating. (We needed a can opener for making pies for Thanksgiving!) Sorry everyone else but we're calling dibs on every Thanksgiving from now on.
