The Ledges Landing has just undergone a FULL renovation, and is now open for bookings! Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, high- end finishes, a beautiful screened balcony and more! This complex offers access to two lakeside pools, and an incredibly rare sandy beach area. This complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes away from all the exciting attractions the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer including go-karts, mini-golf, outlet shopping, and all the best lakefront bars and restaurants!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with 4 barstools, and a table with seating for four. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a glass top dining room table that seats four people.
Living Room
The living room features all new furniture including a queen-size sleeper sofa, a recliner, a flat screen TV over the electric fireplace, and sliding doors that open to the waterfront balcony.
Master Suite
The master suite features a King-sized bed, TV with roku, dressers, nightstands, and sliding glass doors that also open up to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a double vanity sink, and a walk in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dresser and Smart TV.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has two twin sized beds, Smart tv, nightstands, and a closet.
Bathroom
The second bathroom has a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Outside
Outside on the waterfront balcony you will find a patio table. Inside the complex you have access to two pools, one of which has an incredible view overlooking the lake. You also have access to a sandy beach area, which is a rare find for the Lake of the Ozarks!
Neighborhood Description
The Ledges Condo complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes from some of the lakes most popular lakefront bars, restaurants, activities and shopping. This complex is just 5 minutes from amazing activities for the kids including go-karts and mini golf. While there is no boat parking or launch at this complex, you can launch and store trailers at the state park marina for a small fee.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
***Credit card fees are not refunded if a reservation is canceled

I've been coming to the Ozarks for 30 years and have rented condos the majority of the time. I've stayed at the Ledges 10 times or so.
First I got the confirmation email with property address (which of course I knew) and door code. It would have been helpful to know what building and room number I was in. We had driven 1/2 the day pulling a boat, had perishable groceries we had bought, were hungry, wanted to get out of the heat, and had no idea where we were staying. Of course it was after 4:30 so no one answered. I was a bit pissed to be honest, had kids acting up, it was no fun. They did get back to me after I messaged them within 30 minutes.
2nd: no grill. There was a grill in the pictures and I understand there were outlawed on condos, but still bought grill items that I wasn't able to use. I understand not your fault, but have grilled every time I'd been there. This was not that big of a deal, but wanted to mention it and my buddies unit had a grill on the deck???
3rd: They gave me the wrong boat slip number. We went to dinner to come back with another boat in our slip. Again, not happy and thought someone parked there by mistake, but what was I to do? Again I messaged and got the proper slip number in under 30 minutes.
These seem to be easily avoidable mistakes that I would have made our stay perfect. I would not expect this out of a property management company. I've never written a review of this nature and normally don't complain, but was a bit ridiculous.
