We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Walk in level is ideal with a great view of the lake and the condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Erin is easy to deal with. However, we did not realize that there is no closet availability in the master bedroom which we found inconvenient. The beds are too soft for our preference and the sheets did not seem to fit the mattress and kept popping off at the corners. The pillows are wonderful (I would love to have some at home). There was only one partial roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom. No instructionswere found for the TV and even with a younger techy guy in our group, we had problems navigating the TV. The sliding doors stick badly and are very difficult to open and close. We could not figure out how to operate the ceiling fan on the deck, but Erin responded quickly and walked me through it so we could get it to work. This is a lovely condo in many ways, just not quite right for us to return. But we would not hesitate to book another condo managed by Erin.

This condo has beautiful sweeping views of the main channel of the lake. Large patio with seating for 10 people and a grill was perfect for our family! The three queen beds are great for adults or couples. A big benefit of this unit is the level entrance to the condo. One family member has breathing issues so he had no problem getting to/from the car to the front door. That is rare in the large condo associations on Ozark Lake. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it. Great sunrise too!

Was excited about our girls trip. Check in was great, Neither sliding door to the deck locked. Of course no one slept much. Was not a safe feeling. When called i was asked what I wanted her to do about it. Not the answer I was looking for. She did later apologize and has plans to replace the latches. After our trip was over of course. To late for our safety. Living room couch is in poor condition makes a huge noise when sat on, all three mattress needs replaced not at all comfortable. Someone else’s breakfast cereal under couch and loveseat along with much dust. Was very easy to see it. Was deck construction going on at the unit attached that I do understand has to be done but a heads up for the extra noise and just knowing there were men working on the deck attached that knew there were 3 females next door and knew the doors did not lock , again did not help us feel safe.
We are not complainers, BUT, we as well as our families want to stay safe at all time during any and all travels. We have families and responsibilities in which we have responsibilities for Please present your place as it is and give us the choice of deciding if we feel safe and comfortable. The guests staying there or anywhere should always feel safe.
