This spacious townhouse/condo is a unique and spacious floor plan located in The Ledges Complex, it has everything vacationers would want for their get-away. Just pack your swimming suit, we provide practically everything else: toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shower gel, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the awesome main channel view from the deck and the large patio. This condo is 2,000 sq.ft and is perfect for three families or large groups. Both master bedrooms have a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level sleeping area has three queen beds with a small table and a separate sitting area. The condo is located at the 20.5 MM and sits on the main channel. There are two pools to choose or follow the sidewalk to the sandy beach if you prefer to swim in the lake. Great for kids!
The Ledges Complex is located minutes to everything fun at the lake, golf, shopping (110 store outlet mall), Big Surf Water Park, Tan-Tar-A Indoor Water Park, go-carting, restaurants, marinas close by for your boat or PWC rental needs.

*Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
* Parking passes Required during May 1-Labor Day - If passes are lost or taken on departure, the pass cost is $100 per parking pass
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.

The condo had plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. None of us felt like we were crowded at all. The patio on the bottom floor was a definite plus.
