Clean, check-in was smooth. Main bed sunk to the middle, washer/dryer combo not efficient and took hours to dry even small clothes. Bought a small broom so we could keep the floor swept-would’ve been nice to have one available. Otherwise the property was as described, close to beach, pool was fun for kids, weight room utilized by teen boys-so it had something for everyone.

The location of this condo was amazing. The views are beautiful too.
The cleanliness of this place was not great. We turned on the living room ceiling fan to it raining dust. There was a used bar of soap in our shower. The wifi didn’t work and wasn’t even an option to connect. Lastly, the penthouses are supposed to have their own parking spot under the garage but this units is being used as a storage space for the construction workers.
The three towers are all under construction and look like so. It would have been nice to know this as we probably would have booked elsewhere.
