Good location, could walk to just about anywhere to eat, shop, convenience stores anything you needed. Easy access to the beach, private swimming pool, sauna, workout room etc.
Our room needed some updates, had a faucet leaking in the bathroom on our stay. Called the rental company about the issue, someone came out to see about repairing it but could not without shutting the water off to the whole building, said it would be repaired after our stay. Not a big deal, just noisy at night when going to bed.

Locarion was great! Our trip inclueded two beach days, a day at crab island and a day at Cypress Springs.
The air was locked at 75, it was hot and air condition filter was caked with dust, we just removed it. Kitchen needs a good wipe down, along with other interior walls. Sofa has stains all over it. Its a little out dated but a place to lay your head. Please hire another cleaning crew! I also have an Airbnb and would not have rented it out in that condition. Sent an email to notify owners and never heard back from them.

There were only two trash bags-not enough for 3 day stay for 8 people
