Location was great, staff was very nice, parking was great, liked being in a gated community, very spacious.
We noticed the smell right off as we opened the door- just smelled musty and bad. Toilets did not flush well. Needed to be updated with some fresh, beach color paint throughout especially bathrooms with more lighting there. Kitchen and bathrooms need updated.

The location was perfect. The community was very well maintained. The house was nicely decorated. Definitely a plus that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. RealJoy responded to all of my many messages, in a timely manner. Short walk to the beach. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms!
One bed had a red stain on the sheets. Upstairs carpet is horrible. One of the plastic chairs outside was broken.
