Villa Elita, a spacious and modern accommodation located in the charming town of Fazana, just a short distance from the popular Puntizela beach and the vibrant city of Pula. The villa is composed of two identical units, Elite 1 and Elite 2, with a shared wall. Each unit boasts a private entrance, a spacious open-concept ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room, as well as an extra bathroom. On the first floor, you will find four elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with a generous terrace that surrounds the entire building.
The villa is surrounded by a lush and fully enclosed garden, ensuring complete privacy and a safe and carefree environment. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with modern amenities, including a large swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. There is also a children's playground located at the back of the property, providing a shaded area for kids to enjoy.

Rich in historcal sites, most notable gladiator pit Arena built during the 1st century, one of the morst preserved arenas of this type to this day.
