Za tako ceno bi vseeno pricakovali vsaj bolj čisto, urejeno je za silo, rešuje jih bazen, da imajo lahko tako ceno. Vsek
Super kamin, kuhinja sicer okej, samo ne najbolj čista posoda.
Čistoča ni ravno na vrhuncu, okolica je za majhne otroke malo nevarna, saj je veliko robov in stopnic, po tleh je bilo tudi razbito steklo. Super bi bilo, če bi imeli na oknih komarnike.

A szálláshely kertje nagyon kellemes, medencével, szaunával felszerelt. Rengeteg kerti bútorral rendelkezik, kellemes az esték eltöltésére. Gyalog nincs közel a városközpont, de autóval 10-14perc távolságra van. A szálláshely mellett közvetlenül lakik a tulajdonos és egész családja. A szállásadók rendkívül segítőkészek, és nem zavarják a társaság jókedvét, egyszer sem jöttek szólni, hogy hangos a zene vagy akármi egyéb probléma lenne.
A ház mellett erdő és kőbánya található. Esténként és napközben is sok volt a szúnyog. A repülőtér 10percnyire volt, így a fel és leszálló repülők zaját nehezen lehet figyelmen kívül hagyni, de szerencsére nem túl forgalmas reptér. Maga a villa kellemes, de hosszabb tartózkodás alatt kiderül, hogy műszakilag nem a legminőségibb anyagokból van összerakva. Van olyan franciaágy, amit térkő tart mert a lába ki van törve, az esőzés alatt beázott a felső szint több helyen. Az egyik WC-ből végig büdös csatorna szag áramlott. Ár érték arányban megfelelő, mert a többi szállás árához viszonyítva jobban lehet kijönni, de el kell fogadni, hogy ez azzal jár, hogy bizonyos dolgokban kevesebbet is tud nyújtani, mint versenytársai.

- der Pool war sehr schön - abseits vom Trubel der Stadt Pula
In der oberen Etage keine Fliegengitter und nur 1 Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich für 3 Schlafzimmer; Möbel im Außenbereich beschädigt und teilweise nicht nutzbar. Kein Jaccuzzi vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Vermieter wohnt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und dreht jeden Abend seinen Kontrollrundgang. Ferienhaus bedarf einer Generalüberholung, da sehr abgenutzt/viele Dinge kaputt
