Blue Chair 30A is your new favorite beach getaway! Located on a quiet, no outlet street in beautiful Seacrest Beach and backing up to the nature trail, Blue Chair 30A is perfectly located for a relaxing vacation getaway.
The house is decorated in a sophisticated, serene, beach style with muted colors, new appliances, gorgeous floors and room to spread out. From the wide front porch to the comfortable open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area to the breezy back porch, there is ample space for everyone to unwind.
Take a quick stroll to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest, or to Rosemary and Alys beaches to check out all the local area has to offer.
Of course, we all love the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and that amazing sugar white sand! The free seasonal tram will take your group to and from the private beach access or take a quick 5 minute drive to the public beach at Inlet Beach and snorkel the man made reef.
The house comes with four adult bikes for your use, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, a covered back porch living space, and extras such as kid friendly dishes, beach toys, books, games, and a toddler booster seat.
Blue Chair 30A is now pet friendly, with prior approval and a fee, so your whole family can enjoy a beach get away! The homes allows for one small dog; please mention your dog in your booking. The house is set up for pet and kid safety with both a gated front porch and back yard space. Easy nature trail access straight from the back yard makes taking your dog, or yourself, for a peaceful walk under pines.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described and super cute & comfy. Alice was prompt with responding and helped troubleshoot a couple of things. The tram is a game changer with kids. We also enjoyed that the house came with beach chairs (there were 4 for us to use). Beds were comfy, kitchen very well stocked. We did go during fall breaks so the beach was crowded and my husband had to go down between 6/6:30 to get us a good spot for the kids, but it worked out. The pool was colder than the beach this time of year (it’s not heated) so we didn’t use it but one day. But it’s a very nice pool and feels like a resort. Lots a great food options close by. Overall we loved it and would return!

The house was not as clean as it should be - floors were filthy, dirt and debris in the corners of the bathrooms, dust all over the bedroom furniture (tops were dusted, shelves or anything below the top was not). It is beautifully decorated and as the owner, I would expect a higher standard of maintenance.
