About this house rental
Magnificent home in exceptionally quiet area with spectacular Maresme coast and Montseny mountain views.
Just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Lloret de Mar, Blanes, Costa Brava.
Fully equipped, very comfortable and comfortable with typical building in the area of Maresme and Costa Brava.
Beautiful garden with automatic irrigation, BBQ area and private pool with a large terrace with loungers and parasol. Barbecue area with large garden table.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms and a suite with terrace and private bathroom.
As required by the regulations governing the rental of holiday homes in Spain, we require the guests (name and surname, date of birth and identity card number or passport)
Groups of children under 27 years old are not allowed

Fantastic property in a good location. I found the refuse collection a bit complicated but that is down to the local authority. I would recommend this property.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay here and it couldn’t have been better. Beautiful house, many bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, BBQ, close to the sea and very large pool on site for which we all enjoyed! A short car ride to town or the supermarkets and 45 min train ride to Barcelona. Fantastic place - we had an amazing time .

We somehow failed to realize that 1) the house was uphill, far from any grocery store, and 2) there were in reality only one shadowy place to sit and eat (balcony). But when that is said, everything was really nice, and the host was very hospitable, service-minded and informative. She even brought a new coffee machine when we could not figure out how the old one worked and thought it was broken (it was not - we just did not figure out how to use it).

Julia’s house was a great vacation home for us! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is awesome…easy to get in and out, a pretty quiet neighborhood, and easy to drive to all the places in Catalunya that you will want to go visit.
Julia was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful host!
