Relax on the expansive deck accessible from the grand kitchen, or sip on a drink while taking in the sunset on the private balcony, accessible from the upstairs master bedroom retreat. You can also wine and dine with friends and family in the spacious outdoor space underneath.
Whether you're on a staycation or flexcation, there's plenty of room to work remotely. Rise and Shine short-term vacation rental provides free WIFI for both leisure and business purposes, along with a small workspace complete with a desk. You'll also find Smart TVs in all four bedrooms and the larger living room, giving you access to your personal logins.
Decorated with an elegant style, our home features a king-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lower level. On the second floor, you'll find another king-sized bedroom with a glorious ensuite bathroom, a large queen-sized bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, and a bunk bedroom that shares a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed, along with its own ensuite bathroom. For additional accommodations, there's also a twin daybed in the smaller living room downstairs.
If you're traveling with a larger group, you have the option to rent the neighboring vacation rental property, "Cueva de Pirata's", for a side-by-side vacation experience while still enjoying privacy.
Located far away from the hustle and bustle of the Galveston Seawall, the beach house is situated just 20 miles away. There, you'll find a plethora of shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. An additional, quick 10-minute drive will take you to the Strand area, where you can embark on cruise ships and enjoy an exciting nightlife, along with even more shopping and dining opportunities.
For your convenience, we provide essentials such as bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and bath soap. Additionally, a propane grill is available for your use in the garage.
Please note that there is a one-time $25.00 resort fee per person, age four and above, for a total of up to twelve people, payable to Pointe West Beach Club.
The restaurant, game room and fitness center are currently being renovated, therefore, you will probably only have access to the heated pool on the bay side of the resort.
Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant, and bar (seasonal), gift shop, access to the beach and more! The bayside features a heated pool with lazy river, hot tub, BBQ pit, fishing, crabbing, biking and hiking trails, kayak ponds and bird estuary.

We had a great time celebrating our triplet sons 17th birthday. It was the perfect mix of activities and relaxation. The house is exactly as pictured. We had more than enough room to spread out when we wanted to and the perfect spaces to gather when we wanted to. The house is beautifully decorated, welcoming and well maintained. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which had all that I needed (big deal for me). We will definitely be back!!.

This was a beautiful, well-maintained property. Every communication with the host was clear and helpful. The host was incredibly responsive to our needs and concerns.We loved the large family room-kitchen space which allowed for cooking together, playing games, listening to music and visiting. The kitchen was well-stocked, clearly by someone who knows how to cook! We really appreciated the 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. (So important with a large family.) Location was perfect. A short walk to the beach was great, and we also rented a golf cart for the older members of our family to access the entrance. We highly recommend the experience at Rise and Shine.

The house feels good; like home. Everything you need for cooking is there- they even keep the spices in the pantry! Loved that!
We rented a golf cart for 8 and it was lots of fun. The dragonflies are amazing and bigger in Texas! The sunrises and the sunsets are gorgeous! I was surprised because I typically vacation in Florida. It had a beauty of its own…. It’s a little far from “town” but depending on what you want it’s idyllic for cooking in and lots of family connection. The boardwalks and the beach are perfect. You can walk out a long way out and be at the knees— the surf is shallow for the kids.hughly teximmend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
