Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

This home was perfect for us and two of our adult kids and their families. The listing was super accurate… what you see in the pictures is what you get. This was our first time in Pointe West. It was so peaceful and family friendly over the Memorial Day weekend… just other families trying to do the same thing we were… just spending time together away from the city.

Overall, our group really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all of the essentials we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as well! It was also conveniently located, allowing us to enjoy all of the resort amenities. We did have two issues: one of which was the Samsung refrigerator not keeping a consistent temperature in the freezer. Upon arrival, it was completely iced up, and difficult to even open. We managed to get what we needed inside and it was a minor inconvenience for the majority of the trip. By checkout day, it had randomly defrosted itself, despite the temperature reading -7, so we ended up throwing some of the contents away.The bigger issue we had was the upstairs balcony door in the king bedroom. The balcony door opens to an immediate drop, which was steep and not marked in any way that would indicate such a large step down. A member of the party opened the door and immediately fell out onto the patio, injuring her toe as a result. Please please please add a caution sign near the door handle to alert future guests and avoid more serious injuries.
