This beautiful 5br, 4.5 bath Home is a new construction completed in December 2022. It's very spacious and perfect for your family beach getaway! It sleeps 14 and features three master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upstairs masters have vaulted ceilings with beautiful stained pinewood. The property also boasts a 6-bed bunk room with a couch and plenty of space to play. There is an additional queen bedroom and both a large pantry and butler's pantry with 2 full-size refrigerator and freezer.

The massive deck on the main floor has views of the ocean, bay, and a nice backyard pond with lots of wildlife, including ducks, cranes, and blue herons. There is a large outside dining table perfect for outdoor meals in the sunset.
The beach access walkover is at the street making for a short 3-minute walk to the beach.

Wristbands for Pointe West Beach Club amenities are $25 per person for the stay and sold by the Beach Club. Wristbands not required to stay in unit.

Pointe West Beach Club:
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, children's pool, lazy river, fitness center, gift shop, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (4 years or older) The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.

The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
