This is a clean, quiet, well stocked little apartment just a short walk (10 minutes) to the Promenade des Anglais, 15 minutes to Old Town etc. There is a grocey store right around the corner as well.
The apartment is well stocked with cooking supplies and we did have a few meals in. My only issue was the sleeping situation: the bed is small (a North American double) and is placed between two walls so only one person can actually sidestep into the bed to get into it the other person has to crawl onto the bed to get in.
It would have been great to have a comforter for the bed and also a couple more pillows for sleeping.
