About this house rental

A charming, traditional Mallorcan house in Sant Jordi, in a very quiet area where rest and relaxation are guaranteed. Set on a 920 m² lot and located just 5 minutes from the Palma airport, the house offers 300 m² of living space, including 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one of which is a half-bath), and large living spaces perfect for hosting large groups. The pool and sun deck are comfortable and spacious, with private parking, an outdoor barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and recreational areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria in Sant Jordi. The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool is excellent, and was well used during our stay. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, which was very welcome in the August heat. There is a lovely large room in the garden, with barbecue, fridge and freezer and once again air conditioning. Our hosts Maria and Nuria were extremely helpful and welcoming. The village has 3 supermarkets and a bakery which met all our needs. There is also a large garage if you have a hire car. Palma is just a few kilometres away in the car, and there is also a bus service to Palma should you prefer not to drive. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Villa Maria.

We stayed in this villa for 10 weeks and we can surely say that all our expectations were exceeded by the quality and completeness of this house.

The house was better then excpected. The nice big pool with the amazing garden was perfect for us. We didnt had any complains about the house or hostess 😁
