This beautifully designed, modern colonial home is freshly constructed and features a host of premium upgrades. Located close to the attractions of the Pocono region, the villa offers ample space with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is furnished with the latest in modern decor and appliances, all within the luxurious Pocono farm community, renowned for its contemporary amenities.
This residence offers an ideal blend of breathtaking natural scenery and convenient modern comforts. Nestled in a tranquil, secluded area, it promises a peaceful retreat amidst nature’s beauty. The house is close to Kalahari Water Park and Treetop Adventure (less than 2 miles away) and close to all major Poconos attractions for summer and winter fun like Camelback Ski Resort, Big Boulder Mountain, Jack Frost Mountain, Shawnee Mountains, many beautiful lakes, white water rafting, and Mt Airy Casino, etc.

The house has 2.5 bathrooms to cater to a large family or group. All linens and towels etc are also provided.
Our oversized eat-in kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances. We are avid cooks and felt the need to have pots/pans/blenders/coffee maker/pantry essentials for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. There is also a formal dining area located next to the kitchen.
We offer spotlessly clean and well-maintained accommodations.
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen LED TV and a large selection of channels. We provide free Netflix service

A professional 8-foot pool table is available inside the house.
A games room equipped with a top-quality foosball table.
The living room has a large 65-inch flat-screen TV so that you can enjoy movies and shows with the family.
Beautiful backyard with deck. we have provided a rustic stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack, a bar-be-que grill, a patio table, and plenty of chairs so that you can relax and enjoy your evenings with bar-be-que and wine in our large outdoor yard.

Guests have access to the entire home and a large back private patio and yard. You’ll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by our community like a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a community lake with a lovely beach and many outdoor sports facilities like tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, and basketball courts, etc. Plus community has an 18-hole golf course. Some of these facilities are available free of charge to all guests and some for a nominal fee.

Absolutely no fireworks or loud music are allowed at the property or anywhere in the community. There is a fine of $500 imposed by the community for the violators which will be the renter’s responsibility.

This house is very nice, lots of room and things to keep everyone busy with the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, fire pit, bikes…It was exceptionally clean and was so nice to have linens, start up paper products, some toiletries. Checking in and out was easy and we were even able to check in early which was a pleasant surprise! The only negative with the house was that 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs would not get cool even though the A/C was coming out of the vents. There were floor fans in each room provided by the owner but it was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. The owner, Andy responded quickly and was very helpful before and during our stay. The community was also very nice and easy to use the amenities. The pool was large and nicely sectioned off so everyone could enjoy themselves. The beach area offered chairs free to use and the swimming area had a nice soft bottom, no rocks. We also enjoyed going out on the lake in kayaks. It was also very close to stores for anything we needed. Our family had a wonderful week!

Firstly the place was immaculate. Everything was in place and very well logically organized. Pictures are very accurate and all the descriptions were correct. We had extended family over and made a quick trip. One nitpick issue was we could only shower one a time to get the right amount of hot water, it didn't become an issue it was just something we worked around. Host Andy was great, quick answers to some basic questions and honestly great to deal will. Pool was not open during our trip, it was colder then expected but we still made the best of it. I would stay here again no question.

Stunning experience for our vacation at Andy’s property.The house was specious , comfortable and sparkling clean . The kitchen loaded with all utensils and quality silverware. Plenty of dishes , bowls & BBQ utensils.Bar in leaving room gives very rich feeling to house and we enjoyed complimentary wine .All bedrooms are big with king and queen beds and plenty of place for everyone.The game room was super bumper for all of us having to do something to do middle of winter.Hot tub with Gazibo were trill in snow and cold weather. Andy was extremely grateful and communicative and super friendly start to end .We are very grateful for the space and happy memories we made there . Thank you !!
