Beautiful holiday apartment for 4 people at walking distance from the sandy beach and boulevard in Javea. This newly built apartment is very nicely furnished and fully equipped. It is located on the ground floor and it's completely on one level, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living area and a beautiful open kitchen with bar. The terrace is tastefully decorated with a nice lounge area and is partly covered, next to it is a private garden with its own entrance from the complex. The modern complex offers a communal swimming pool with children's section and outdoor showers. The apartment is located on a perfect location, ideal for people who want to leave their car parked because you walk to the sandy beach and the boulevard with shops, restaurants and bars. We had a great stay at this apartment. It ticks all the boxes. Ground floor apartment with decent garden, swimming pool and 5 mins walk to Arenal beach. So all good. Only small downside is that they only provided one bin liner, one loo roll for each bathroom and one small bar of soap. It felt a bit stingy considering the amount we were paying.

Lovely place. Perfect for our needs (2 couples visiting Jávea) for a wedding. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Manon was extremely communicative and flexible. Check in and check out were easy. Thanks.

Responsive and friendly host was able to provide flexibility with check out time. The place was very clean and it was ideally located, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great experience overall.
