For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (13 x 10 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. In the house: lift, air conditioning, washing machine. Shop 30 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Appartement on the second floor, spacious and everything you need, clean, all kitchen utensils you need, two great outdoor sitting areas.comfortable beds.perfect located. One minute walk to the beach and boulevard. Plenty of shops nearby.

Bäder etwas eng, Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut ausgestattet. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Sehr gute Lage mit Meerblick.Gute Matratzen.
