Marina Beach Apartment Javea Arenal is a charming apartment with a privileged location just a few metres from the beach and leisure area with bars and restaurants. It features a large terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the marina, perfect for a holiday in Jávea with all the comforts!

This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 159 m² and is located 20 metres from Arenal beach. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
It features a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large terrace with views of the beach and the small Arenal harbour. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. There are 3 lovely bedrooms for rest, 1 of them with a double bed, the other 2 with two single beds each. The furnished terrace completes the experience of an apartment for enjoying and relaxing with family or partner.

It is also next to all services such as supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops. The attractive port and old town of Javea are about 2 kilometers away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

The lock on the bathroom was unfamiliar to ones used in UK so a notice on the door would be helpful

The position of the apartment with a wrap round balcony you had the sun all day with either a beach viewa canal view with the boats going past. It is in a ideal position for the Arenal beach and restaurants also the free car parking is a very handy.
There are only two complaints that I have one is the size of the second bathroom there was very little room to washshower etc. Secondly the apartment next door had a very yappy dog who could be heard until late at night, if they were residentsvisitors I dont know.
