About this cottage rental
Ideally located in the "golden triangle" of the Perche, our large holiday home welcomes you with family or friends for a relaxing stay in the countryside.
In the heart of a small hamlet, our farmhouse with its large garden and south-facing swimming pool (open from May to September) awaits you for short or long stays.
The accommodation
The whole house and the garden are at your disposal. Thanks to its size (300m2) it offers generous spaces allowing you to be numerous without being cramped. Two staircases lead to the first floor.
On the first floor, you will have:
- A large living room with a dining room and a living room and its fireplace;
- A new and fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, as well as everything you need to prepare good dishes.
- A games room with piano, many board games and books at your disposal as well as a TV and DVDs for all ages.
- A large bathroom with double sink, bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer
- A shower room with large sink and toilet.
Upstairs you will have beautiful rooms with exposed beams:
- Three bedrooms each with a double bed
- Two bedrooms each with two single beds
- A shower room with washbasin and WC
- A library corner for children
Outside you can enjoy a large garden (4ha) with its secure salt water swimming pool (not heated). You will have at your disposal garden furniture, a large table for meals, a plancha, an American barbecue (smoker), a ping-pong table and racket games. You will find a parking lot that can park 3 vehicles. In season you can even enjoy the fruits of our young orchard.

The house is equipped with fiber.
5G coverage is also good in the area.
The garden is partially enclosed (opening onto a field) so we cannot accommodate pets.
Near your accommodation you will discover the beauty of the Perche with the magnificent national forest of Réno-Valdieu (accessible on foot from the house), the famous basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, the charming towns of Mortagne-au-Perche, Rémalard or Bellême. In addition, many producers in the area offer sale directly from the farm (meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, ciders,...)
We are committed to renovating this old farmhouse from 1838 over the years. We hope you will feel at home there.
Bed linen + towel option: provided with an extra charge of 15€/person.
