In the Perche natural park, the Couplehaut castle, an authentic 17th, 18th and 19th century residence, is located at the end of a long tree-lined alley in a large English park of three hectares, with trees centuries of different species (redwoods, Scots pines, oaks, ..... on the open part of the park, kite lovers can indulge in their sport. The view from the gîte overlooks a hilly landscape typical of the Percheron countryside. Frequently deer cross the park in elegant leaps. The park is bordered by a border of trees and hedges which give the whole an impression of peaceful intimacy where silence is of a rare quality which allows to appreciate the melodious noises of nature. oriented northeast / southwest allows reception rooms to have several exhibitions to be bathed in light. For young children, swings and outdoor games in the immediate environment are available for their greatest joy and the tranquility of their parents. Sunny or shaded areas in the immediate vicinity allow everyone to find their ideal space.

Dès l’arrivée et l’accueil on pressent un excellent séjour. Les arbres séculaires entourant la demeure forment un écrin apaisant. Face à la terrasse une trouée sur les champs vallonnés environnants attire le regard vers l'horizon. Hormis les chants d’oiseaux pas un bruit, c’est le calme et la sérénité; une sensation d’être hors du temps appréciée à sa juste valeur. Une cuisine spacieuse bien équipée, des chambres toutes originales aux tons modernes, une literie confortable contribuent également à la réussite du séjour. Mortagne, La Perrière et Bellême avec leurs maisons et hôtels particuliers d’un autre temps complètent agréablement le séjour. Pas d’hésitation, c’est LA que vous déconnecterez et quitterez à regret ce havre de paix. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Le château est très beau, le paysage qui l'entoure tout autant. On a vraiment apprécié passer le weekend à Courgeoût. On vous conseille d'aller faire un tour au marché de Mortagne au Perche pour acheter de délicieuses denrées.

Très belle propriété dans un cadre magnifique ! Plusieurs chambres avec WC et douche - très pratique. Belles soirées avec une vue complètement dégagée. La première soirée nous avons vu des chevreuils dans le parc ! Je recommande fortement !

Notre weekend au château de Couplehaut restera incontestablement un très bon souvenir. Nous avons été conquis par la beauté du lieu, décoré avec goût, le confort des chambres (nous étions 10 adultes et un enfant), mais surtout par l'extrême gentillesse de M. et Mme de Lamarzelle (que nous remercions chaudement pour leur accueil). Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu, presque hors du temps, pour un groupe d'amis ou des familles et serions heureux de pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau

Dans une des plus belles campagnes françaises, au fond d'un parc superbe, le château de Couplehaut est une merveille, une grande demeure romanesque et belle. Les propriétaires réussissent, c'est rare, à être tout à la fois chaleureux et discrets, extrêmement respectueux de leurs hôtes. Les chambres sont exquises, d'un calme absolu, et d'un confort impeccable. Par ailleurs, nous aimons cuisiner et nous avons apprécié que la cuisine soit si exhaustivement équipée - absolument rien n'y manque, du mixeur plongeant aux moules à soufflés. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour délicieux et qui nousa fait un bien fou.

Nous avons passé le week-end de Pâques au château de Couplehaut, pour l'anniversaire de ma belle-mère. Nous étions 11, de 14 à 80 ans. Est-ce possible de trouver mieux ? Tout est absolument impeccable: la région magnifique, l'accueil chaleureux, le château parfait, l'état intérieur totalement neuf, l'ameublement fonctionnel mais typique, l'équipement plus que complet, le parc impressionnant... Aucun désagrément de partager le château avec les propriétaires de part la conception du château et de la discrétion de ceux-ci. Un séjour idyllique !

Nous avons séjourné à 12 dans ce beau château, pour fêter les 80 ans de ma maman. C'est un lieu exceptionnel, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. La table accueille sans problème 12 convives et la vaisselle permet de dresser une belle table pour un évènement comme celui là. Le salon est également suffisamment vaste pour être à 12 assis autour d'un verre. Même chose pour la terrasse. C'est une adresse à conserver. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons été particulièrement séduits par l'endroit et le cadre magnifique. L'intérieur est très confortable, le 2ème étage a été entièrement refait à neuf récemment et décoré de façon très jolie. Tout est organisé pour les enfants : matériel, balançoires, bac à sable... Le "gîte" est pensé pour être complètement indépendant du reste du château, comme une maison individuelle, sans aucune nuisance. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours très à l'écoute pour toute question, tout en restant particulièrement discrets. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ou le recommander à nos proches !

WE superbe au château de Couplehaut. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires avec plein de conseils. WE très agréable au château de Couplehaut...accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires...cadre idéal pour les adultes et les enfants avec grands espaces arborés et nombreux équipements (balançoires, badminton, ping-pong...), tables et transats à disposition pour profiter du soleil ou faire une sieste à l'ombre des arbres. Intérieur également très bien équipé et fourni en vaisselle, électroménager et très bien entretenu. Chambres joliment décorées avec SDB privatives...très appréciable.... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

Nous avons été accueillis avec simplicité et gentillesse par nos hôtes de Couplehaut avec lesquels le courant est immédiatement passé. Leur vaste maison, ancienne quoique confortable (aux salles de bain assez nombreuses pour cinq couples et sept enfants, un chauffage adapté à ce temps encore bien frais de fin mars, et des chambres aux bons lits douillets) nous a tous vraiment charmés, et ce rassemblement familial percheron fut une réussite. Grâce aux vastes extérieurs permettant aux grands d'aller courir, aux plus jeunes de jouer sur les balançoires, au cerf-volant ou au ping-pong, à tous de s'exercer au molkÜe, aux intérieurs chaleureux offrant aux adultes de jouer à des jeux de société et aux plus jeunes de regarder un dvd sans se gêner, à une grande table conviviale recevant les repas animés des petits et des grands dans une cuisine fonctionnelle bien équipée, rien à redire du château de Couplehaut, aux environs riches en culture et spécialités locales (excellent boudin percheron au camembert ou fumé!), Mortagne au Perche toute proche, Bellême, la Chapelle Montligeon, sans oublier la superbe cathédrale de Séez, Aube et son charmant petit musée de la comtesse de Ségur non loin du château des Nouettes. Ne manque qu'une belle cheminée pour parfaire la prestation...

Nous étions un groupe de dix amis et avons trouvé à l'arrivée un château très chaleureux, des propriétaires aux petits soins qui nous ont indiqué leurs meilleurs adresses de restaurants et pâtisserie des environs ( et nous n'avons pas été déçus !) Le gîte est très propre et dispose d'un équipement complet . Nous avons découvert les très beaux paysages du Perche , ses abbayes ( Soligny la Trappe , Sainte Gauburge ..) le manoir de Courboyer , la ville de Bellême, la cathédrale de Sées , les petites rues et le marché de Mortagne . En bref , un week-end de rêve et un endroit à conseiller sans réserve .

Le temps d'un réveillon , nous voici transportés dans un cadre magique ... la location correspondait tout à fait à sa description , très propre ..Pour 12 personnes nous avions toute la vaisselle nécessaire , chacun avait son endroit .. les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés et se mettent en quatre pour vous ..ils nous ont acheté l appareil à raclette dont nous avions besoin ;prêté du lait, répondu à chacune de nos interrogations avec sourires et bonne humeur .. Nous avons vu les chevreuils au fond du parc ..fait de belles promenades .trouvé à Mortagne tout ce dont nous avions besoin..Nous sommes enchantés ..

Endroit très agréable. Magnifique parc arboré. Différents jeux d’extérieur pour enfants. Château bien équipé, électroménager et cuisine neufs. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous y avons sejourné un WE, en famille. Les visites et ballades dans les environs sont nombreuses. Les enfants se sont bien amusés dans le parc. Le soleil était de la partie nous avons bien profité des espaces extérieurs, nous avons déjeuné dehors et ramassé des noix. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un très agréable we , en famille, au château de Couplehaut, l'accueil est chaleureux, le gîte est confortable, très joliment décoré. Tout est prévu pour tous les âges, des balançoires, au filet de volley, bac à sable, et table de ping pong. Le temps superbe, nous a permis de prendre les repas de midi dehors. Les uns ont fait le marché à Mortagne, d'autres sont allés courir, les enfants ont joué dans la cabane dans les arbres. Tout le monde était ravi.

Pour la 2è année nous sommes venus au Chateau entre amis (5 couples, 5 enfants, 4 bébés!) et nous avons été enchantés. Le château est chaleureux, calme, très bien equipé avec une cuisine refaite à neuf et tout ce qu'il faut pour occuper les petits. Nous avons fait appel à un traiteur de la region qui venait nous livrer de bons petits plats tous les midis, ce qui est l'ideal quand on est très nombreux. Bref, ideal pour les vacances entre amis ou les grandes famille. Vivement l'année prochaine!

C'est un lieu magnifique. Imaginez un chateau de famille, ouvert sur un écrin de verdure. Un havre de calme et de bien-être. Des pièces habitées de goût, où l'on aime déambuler dès le premier instant, "comme chez soi". Le (grand) salon vous retient pour deviser, jouer au scrabble, ou tout simplement s'y enfouir avec un livre de la bibliothèque. Des hôtes chaleureux, attentifs, et respectueux de votre séjour. Une nature préservée, tel faon observé dans le parc, telles griottes cueillies par le priopriétaire. Et le Perche qui vous invite à découvrir ses collines boisées, ses abbayes, et aborder sa propre part d'histoire. A recommander : la visite guidée de Mortagne, par un tout jeune octogénaire, passionné par sa région, un puits de connaissance matinée d'humour tranquille. Un séjour à savourer entre amis, et à garder longtemps dans son coeur. Le ciel peut attendre, nous avons trouvé un coin de paradis.

Magnifique séjour! Nous avons passés une semaine inoubliable dans un endroit de rêve... Calme, beauté, espace et nature nous ont bercés tout au long de la semaine durant laquelle nous nous sommes pris au jeu de "châtelain". Demeure à conseiller sans aucune réticence! Il est des lieux dont le souvenir vous est agréable et heureux pour ce que nous avons pu vivre, par les actes que nous avons posés. Couplehaut n’est pas de ceux-là, il est un lieu de charme, heureux à lui seul. Les quatre dames de fin août 2010
