About this cottage rental
Detached house.
Ground floor: living room, lounge with open-plan kitchen, laundry room, and WC.
First floor: 1 master suite with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed) with shower room and WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), 1 small bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom with WC.
Second floor: large attic space spanning the entire attic area (1 double bed 160 cm, 3 single beds) with bathroom and WC.
Geothermal and electric heating.
Unfenced garden with an unfenced pond, covered swimming pool (10m x 5m and 1.90m deep) available from May to October, sun loungers.
Working pinball machine for decoration: available for use at the tenant's expense.
A cold picnic basket of local products can be provided (upon request to the agent) for the evening of your arrival or during your stay.
Sheets and towels are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a €100 surcharge for arrivals after 9 PM and a €30 surcharge for arrivals one hour after the scheduled time. The owners have indulged their love of vintage finds and upcycling to fill this large house with their discoveries and creations, in a contemporary, slightly industrial style. The result is an unconventional holiday rental. Located in the heart of the countryside, the property, spanning several hectares, also includes Marie-Laure and Charles's secondary residence. The surrounding area, straddling the Perche and Alençon regions, offers a wealth of activities: the greenway less than 2 km away, the Pays Mêlois lake, horseback riding or carriage rides, forests teeming with mushrooms, local produce... An ideal place to stay for a group, to share with friends or family.

The house is really beautifull and has everything you need. For everton an own bathroom and enough space. The swimmingpool was also very nice with warm water.

Only issue was lack of directions for the property from the local village. Hard to find without directions and owner was at the property ready to guide us but non of us had mobile signals

We had a great holiday at this Gite. Everything was perfect and the owner was very friendly. Our kids loved the pool and we were blessed with brilliant weather. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Overall we had a great time, house was large and pool was amazing (we spent loads of time in there and the kids loved it).
If I was being hyper critical I'd say the Wifi was a bit slow and the showers could have had a bit more water pressure but given we were in the middle of the countryside this feels unfair.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay,
