Summary:
Fabulous Views! On a pristine stretch of pure sand beach in Las Conchas in Rocky Point. The resort has excellent Swimming pool area and community hot tub.
Gourmet kitchen, nice living room, and stunning patios! Main patio is complete with private hot tub and comfortable furniture. The master suite has a King bed, large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a kitchenette, a Queen bed and a sofa bed! Perfect condo for the entire family!
The Space:
Two different Patio's. Main Patio faces West and provides amazing views during the day, outstanding views at sunset and views of the city in the distance at night. The second patio faces East and has vast views of the beautiful Estuary. You can have sun or shade at anytime during the day, with either Patio.

The Neighborhood:
Las Conchas is a premier tourist beach destination, located in the city of Puerto Peñasco, a stunning coastal destination! With its pristine beaches and breathtaking views, Las Conchas is a paradise for beach lovers. Whether you're looking to relax on the sand, swim in crystal-clear waters, kayak, or simply soak up the sun, Las Conchas has it all. Some other popular activities are Standup Paddleboarding, banana boating, sunset cruises, whale and dolphin sightings, and enjoying excellent Mexican food and seafood.
Getting Around:
Its about a 10 minute drive to downtown for shopping and restaurants. You can drive or take taxis.
Other Things to Note:
The condo doesn't come with a laundry room for guests to use but you can get laundry done by the staff for a fee.

The condo was amazing with amazing views, very clean and spacious. Loved the hot tub. It was quiet and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay will be back soon.

The unit itself was impeccable, communications easy. Wished it had cotton bedding instead of microfiber, but otherwise happy with the linens. Beds were too firm for me but likely perfect for others. Hot tub on the deck is great and great bathtub in the master with a nice large separate shower. Toaster oven, no toaster, blender, no gridle. Towels for beach and separate ones for bathing. Amazing view from the balcony. The resort is very quiet, end of the road literally. The pool is missing tiles and a lot of the property needs fresh coat of paint and some upkeep. Very few employees but those there are pleasant. Quiet part of community. You pass by the beautiful new Walmart to get to the resort. Parking underground. The Resort is beside a large sand dune. Lots of jeeps, and sand rails rolling up and down the beach. Didn't have any people selling things along the beach like some of the resorts I have stayed at.

The condo was great. Very large and spacious and has an amazing view. The private hot tub paired with the amazing view was perfect. Host was very attentive. Pool bar staff was also great.
