Country house set in a wooded park, on the banks of a river with a view of the Château de Duras.
The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 wine cellars, and 2 restrooms upstairs; on the first floor, there is a large dining room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, and a restroom. Outside, everything is designed for relaxation and rest: a semi-inground wooden pool on a wooden deck, lounge chairs, armchairs, hammocks,
tables and chairs, a barbecue, a veranda, ......
A fishing spot with direct access from the house, as well as a boat, is at your disposal; fishing gear is provided.
Many activities are available near the house: tennis, horseback riding, tree-top adventure course, bike rides (2 adult and 2 children’s bikes are available)......
In the village, 1.5 km from the house, you’ll find all the shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options (traditional market, farmers’ market, night market with entertainment, etc.)
