The kitchen, located at the center of the dining room, voluntarily wants to be a place of exchange and sharing.

It has cozy, relaxing seating areas with TV, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor garden terrace. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

The property has a private entrance and street parking, which is accessible.
Casa Pelegrina 2 is on the second floor; no elevator is available.
There is a private terrace for sunbathing and yoga and an outdoor dining area for extraordinary gatherings.
Our home provides two entrances.
Primary access is throughout Calle Soldado Serrano, which faces Barbosa Park.
The second option is to go through Calle Cacique, which is by the Ocean Park security area.
