Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

It was great! The house was accurately advertised. It was so nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a half bath for a family of 5. The location was why we picked this house. The management was wonderful they worked with me when my family wanted to over stay our reservations. We had a great time.

The property was in a great location and was clean and very nice. Did notice damage on the ceiling which was reported same day as check in. But definitely a very nice place and would recommend.

It was a very nice place. Clean and quiet. In a very good location. Did see some damage to the ceiling in the kitchen , but had no problems reporting it same day as check in. Other than that very nice and acceptable place to stay.
