Set on a treed block in a quiet, family friendly location, it is half-way between the front and back beaches and just a short 5 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and some of the Peninsulas finest golf courses and wineries. The Sorrento and Blairgowrie villages and the Point Nepean National Park are all a short drive away.

We enjoyed a cosy winter escape by the gas fire. It was a great house for our extended family - perfect for movies, games and reading when the rain came - and exploring the mornington peninsula when the sun came out on a beautiful winter's day.
