A mile to everything Indy!!! Charming 1930s brick home in the perfect downtown location! This house is a mile from the center of downtown, Bankers life field house, Lucas oil stadium, victory field, white river state park, canal walk, mass ave, Fountain square, convention center, and so much more! Walkable to almost everything Indy has to offer. Food, events, nightlife!
Indianapolis motor speedway is only 6 miles.
Fenced yard, off street parking, and all the amenities you need.

This home has a large porch, original hardwoods, updated lighting and interior. Great floor plan with two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and a large bonus bedroom upstairs.

We had the best time at the Circle City Charmer! The house was spotless and it was absolutely adorable! The house was stocked with about everything you could possibly need. The only thing I did not give 5 stars on was the neighborhood....location was great...the neighborhood was okay. However...we would definitely rent this home again! Conveniently only 2 minutes from downtown Indy which we loved. Don't let the neighborhood turn you off though. Once you step inside the home you will love it!

We had a cheer trip in Indy and got it for a couple of us. It was great location to downtown and convention center and the house was perfect for our quick trip.
