The detached vacation home Augusta—House 70 in the Via Claudia vacation village—welcomes you to Lechbruck am See, nestled in a scenic region surrounded by forests and mountains and located right on the water. With 115 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay for up to five guests—whether families, couples, or small groups.

Three separate bedrooms ensure plenty of privacy. Two large double beds (over 180 cm wide) and two single beds are available; beds with open footboards provide comfortable sleep even for taller guests. A high chair is available for younger guests. Additionally, the property is fully fenced and therefore safe for children and dogs; up to three pets are welcome.

You’ll enjoy cozy moments in the light-filled living room, which features a comfortable sofa area, armchairs, and a wood-burning stove. Thoughtful amenities such as a TV (satellite connection), Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains and privacy screens on all windows ensure comfort in any weather and at any time of day.
