The Alpensee - Via Claudia House 82 vacation village offers you a comfortable and versatile vacation experience in Lechbruck am See, with a spacious 115 m² of living space. This detached vacation home is located in a well-maintained vacation complex in the rural Allgäu region and is ideal for families, couples, and small groups of up to six people. Guests with up to two pets are also welcome—a fenced-in, child- and dog-safe property of 337 m² ensures undisturbed freedom and safety.
The house’s location combines close proximity to nature with convenient amenities. The Alpsee is only about 250 meters away and offers opportunities for various water sports such as swimming, rowing, canoeing, and surfing. Thanks to its ideal location at the intersection of lake, forest, and mountains, numerous recreational opportunities are available to you: whether cycling, hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, or jogging—the surrounding area offers active recreation in every season. During winter stays, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and ice skating are all possible in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation home features high-quality, modern amenities: The kitchen area, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and an egg cooker, as well as a wide range of kitchen utensils. The spacious dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. Two large double beds and two single beds in three separate bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep—all bedrooms are equipped with vinyl flooring, blackout curtains, and closets.
The bright, modern living room is furnished with a cozy sofa area, one or two armchairs, two satellite TVs, and a wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided, offering a pleasant atmosphere during the day—and in the evening, the fireplace creates a cozy ambiance. Wi-Fi is standard, as are a radio and a CD player. For relaxing wellness moments, a private sauna is available—designed for your exclusive use and perfect for unwinding.
In addition to a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower (walk-in shower), there is another bathroom/shower room available. Practical amenities include a washer, dryer, and clothes rack for your use, as well as an iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Wir waren schon häufiger im Feriendorf und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.
Die Übergabe klappt mit dem Schlüsseltresor immer sehr gut und das Haus war schon gut vorgewärmt.
Die Ausstattung im Haus Alpensee ist sehr gut. Direkt am Haus kann man mit tollen Wanderungen in die Umgebung starten.
Die Buchung über das Buchungsportal ist einfach und die Übersicht im Anschluss sehr gut.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Es hat alles wieder super geklappt.

Wir (Fam. mit 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden) kommen nun schon seit einigen Jahren ins Feriendorf. Wir fühlen uns so wohl dort, wissen wo wir mit den Hunden hinkönnen, wo man gut Essen kann und was wir wo unternehmen können!
Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub!

super ausgestattes gemütliches haus, mit eingezäumten garten. erholsame ruhige lage. wandertouren , spaziergang unmittelbar vom haus. restaurants im unktreis 3-20 km, die weiteren gelegenen sind die bessere:-)
eine woche ostallgäu, war zu kurz. wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder.
