Access to the lake is just 250 meters away, offering you numerous recreational and leisure activities such as swimming, fishing, rowing, boat trips, and surfing. In addition, the rolling countryside and nearby mountains are perfect for activities such as hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, mountain biking, or mountaineering. For winter vacationers, the surrounding area offers various winter sports such as cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, or tobogganing (distance to the nearest ski lift is about 25 kilometers).

Inside, the house features a modern and bright interior with vinyl flooring in the living and sleeping areas, as well as a cozy sofa nook in the living room, which also has a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette grill, egg cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, along with a comprehensive selection of kitchen utensils. The large dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals.

There are three separate bedrooms: two of them are furnished with large double beds (over 180 cm wide) and the third with two single beds. A crib and a high chair are also available. Additionally, the bedrooms feature blackout curtains and fly screens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

There are two modern bathrooms in the house, each with a shower (one of which is a shower/tub combination), sink, toilet, and bidet.
